Return Trip

We are back in Kansas! We had a great time on our three week vacation to many parts of Texas and New Mexico. For those of you we saw, thanks for spending time with us. For those of you we missed this trip, we'll try more next time.

Okay, some highlights of our trip:

• Grace's camel ride with Aunt Katie at the Rio Grande Zoo in Albuquerque
• A near attack by a stingray at the Aquarium in Houston
• Swimming in Hubbard Creek Lake in Breckenridge for Grace and Granny
• Mopping up water at 1:30 a.m. with Mom
• $22 in winnings on roulette

We also got to do so many things we enjoy when we go to Texas: see family and friends, eat at my favorite restaurants, do a little shopping and Grace saw a movie with her grandmama.

Tomorrow, we'll welcome our friends, Kim, Jake and Natalie to our house here in Kansas. They just moved to Fort Leavenworth which is going to be GREAT! They are going to come stay for a few days.
